Mr. Pawan Kumar, Executive Engineer, for the project, is present in Court, represented by Mr. Abhinav Singh, counsel for GNCTD. He states that the said project of the hospital at Sarita Vihar has been halted for the last two years and final building plans are still to be decided. 2.

The issue relates to the car parking space in the building plan. 3.

Accordingly, he says that this issue is still under consideration till the project is halted.
