The present Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking to call for the records of Criminal Appeal No. 204229/2016 and to set aside the Order dated 12.09.2024 passed in the said Appeal. 2.

Submissions heard.

As per the Order dated 12.09.2024, the matter has been fixed for further arguments.

The grievance of the counsel for the petitioner is that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, South-East Saket Courts, Delhi is hearing the arguments on the complete Appeal and he should be directed to first hear the arguments on the maintainability of the jurisdiction. 5.

However, it is the discretion of the Court as to how and on what aspects, the Court intends to hear and decide the matter. 6.
