% 23.09.2024 1.
By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 07.06.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Patiala House, New Delhi in MT Case/215/2023 titled 'Ashna Manoram v. Sirish Kumar', vide which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.7,500/- as ad-interim maintenance to the respondent herein from June, 2024 onwards. 2.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has been asked about the employment status of the petitioner, however no clear answer has been given.
3.
Considering the fact that the application for grant of interim maintenance is still pending consideration before the Trial Court and impugned order has only granted ad-interim maintenance, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to urge all contentions before the concerned Court.
