The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit in view of the judgment passed by this Court in CS (OS) 645/2021 entitled Smt. Meenal Arora vs. Sh Ranu Uppal and prays for liberty to file application under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC to amend the earlier suit i.e. CS (OS) 114/2021.
