The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court with the following prayers:- (i) To call for the trial Court's record and quash the order dated 3rd December, 2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka in complaint case No.2823/2014;

(ii) To quash the FIR No.118/2014 (the correct FIR No.811/2014) u/s 406/420/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Dwarka South dated 10th December, 2014 and all the other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. W.P.(CRL) 267/2015

Ms.Kamna Vohra, A.S.C. for the State has submitted that nothing survives in the writ petition as cancellation report has already been submitted before learned Trial Court.

The grievance of the petitioners was in respect of the direction issued by learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 3rd December, 2014 in complaint case No. 2823/2014 for registration of FIR pursuant to which FIR No.811/2014 under Sections 406/420/120-B/34 IPC was registered at PS Dwarka South on 10th December, 2014.

As the State has filed the cancellation report in case FIR No.811/2014 PS Dwarka South, nothing survives for consideration as on date. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

CRL.M.A.1781/2015 Dismissed as infructuous.
