Heard the learned counsel for the parties as also the appellant, who is also present in person.

Learned counsel for the respondent/BSES has submitted that earlier the appellant was denied the electricity connection on account of certain dues, however, now new electricity connections, being CA No.154713614, 154713615, 154713616 and 154713617, have been granted, on 02.04.2025. He has also stated that so far as the earlier dues are concerned, there will be no demand from the appellant.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings of this appeal have been rendered infructuous, which is hereby disposed of in view of the statement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
