% 22.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The amount awarded in the Award under challenge is less than Rs.1 crore. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 6th April, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the petitioner as well as his counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court. Learned counsel for the respondent will also inform the learned counsel for the petitioner about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
