This is a petition under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for making and publishing the Award. 5.

It is stated that the delay had occurred as the respondent filed an application for placing on record additional documents. 6.

Mr. Madnani, learned counsel accepts notice and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

For the said reasons, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
