This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Project Agreement dated 22.05.2008.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 06.09.2023 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 364/2023.

Mr. Mahip Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal is extended for a O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 748/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
