This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Project Agreement dated 22.05.2008.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal was last extended by order dated 11.09.2023 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 374/2023.

Mr. Mahip Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.
