Learned counsel for the appellant/ petitioner submits that the parties have reached at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement(s) executed in February, 2025/ March, 2025, however, the same has not been filed owing to the confidentiality of the terms involved. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent(s) also agrees with the aforesaid submission(s) of learned counsel for the appellant/ petitioner. 3.

In view of the amicable settlement arrived inter se the parties, learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement(s). 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant/ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present appeal(s)/ petition(s). 5.
