The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Call for the Trial Court record and allow the revision petitic:,n and set-aside/quashed the order dated 22.4.2024 passed by the Ld. Trial Court of Ms. Ruby Neeraj Kumar, SCJ-Cum-RC (South) Saket Courts, New·Delhi in Eviction Petition No. 6213/2016, titled as ·"Smt. Reshma Khan Vs. Shri Amir Salman.
b) Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice."
