% 09.04.2018 Though no steps have been taken for service of respondent Nos. 3 to 6 respondent Nos. 3 to 6 are present in Court along with their counsel. The petitioners who are present in Court state that they are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of respondent Nos. 3 to 6.

The fact that the petitioners are major has been verified by the State and is also confirmed by respondent No. 3, father of petitioner No.2. Though respondent Nos. 3 to 6 have not reconciled with the marriage of the petitioners however, they state that they will not interfere in the happy W.P.(CRL) 628/2018

married life of the petitioners.

In view of the statement of respondent Nos. 3 to 6, petitioners who are present in Court and identified by the learned counsel and the investigating officer, seek leave to withdraw the present petition as nothing further survives in the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is however, clarified that in case any complaint is received from the petitioners SHO, PS Ambedkar Nagar will take action in accordance with law. Order dasti.
