This is an Application under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for impleadment of M/s. Sunrise & Co. (PTE) Ltd., Singapore as Plaintiff No. 3 and for impleadment of M/s Hyaku Sports Pte Ltd., Singapore as Defendant No. 2 in the present Suit.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed. 3.
The Amended Memo of Parties filed along with Replications is taken on record.

This is an Application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeking amendment of the Plaint.

This is a joint Application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the CPC.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submits that during the pendency of the present Suit, the Parties have settled and amicably resolved this matter by entering into the terms and conditions as mentioned in Paragraph No. 5 of this Application ("Terms of Settlement"). As per Paragraph No. 5(c) of this Application, the Parties have agreed that the Terms of Settlement shall be kept confidential between the Parties and will not be disclosed to any third party in any manner whatsoever.

In view of the same, the Terms of Settlement agreed between the Parties are not reproduced in this order. The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Suit be decreed in terms of Terms of Settlement. 12.
The Application stands disposed of.

In view of order passed in I.A. 31710/2025, the Suit is Decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement arrived at between the Parties as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
