At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into account that the repeated representations made by the petitioner have still not been decided by the respondents, he will for the present, be satisfied in case the respondents were directed to consider the present writ petition as a representation and dispose of the same expeditiously. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice, has no objection to this limited request.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Taking into account, the petitioner's claim that the issue raised in the present petition is covered by a decision of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
