% 21.02.2019 Petitioner/landlord assails the impugned order dated 28.01.2017 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the leave to defend application of the petitioners/tenants was allowed in the eviction proceedings initiated by the petitioners under Section 14 (1) (e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958.

After hearing the matter for some time, with the consent of both learned counsels for parties, the petition stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court/Successor Court for endeavouring to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of the appearance of the parties. No order as to costs. Both the parties shall appear before the learned Trial Court/ Successor Court on 07.03.2019 at 02.00PM for further directions. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the learned Trial Court/Successor Court henceforth for compliance. Order dasti to both the parties.
