Petitioner has applied for Land Status Report from Respondent No. 3 through application No. 90580000006310 dated 22nd November, 2020. In turn, Respondent No. 3 sent a communication dated 3rd November, 2022 to Respondent No. 1 (Land & Building Department, GNCTD) and Respondent No. 2 (DDA), requesting the said departments to provide the details of quashing of acquisition in respect of Khasra No. 252/2 situated at Village Ladha Sarai and appeal matter, if any.

Mr. Nikhil Palli, counsel for Petitioner, urges that Respondent No. 2, through communication dated 24th February, 2023 have responded and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. provided the requisite information. However, the response from Respondent No. 1 is still awaited.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 1 to respond to communication dated 3rd November, 2022 issued by Respondent No. 3, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of the said information, Respondent No. 3 shall process the application of Petitioner bearing No. 90580000006310 dated 22nd November, 2020 and decide the same within two weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.

It is clarified that the Court has not examined the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of parties are left open. 5.

Disposed of, along with pending application.
