(ORAL) 1.

On the subject of revision of pension of petitioner, who had retired on 31st December, 2011 as Senior Manager in BSES, a Communication of 29th April, 2014 (Annexure P-4) was sent by the Deputy Manager (PT), DVB Employees Terminal Benefits Fund-2002 to release the revised pension to petitioner. According to petitioner, aforesaid Communication of 29th April, 2014 (Annexure P-4) was not given effect to by respondentBSES, which led to filing of a Representation (Annexure P-1) by petitioner to respondent-BSES on 9th June, 2017. It is averred in this petition that there is no response to the said Representation (Annexure P1). 2.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-BSES to pass a W.P.(C) 2111/2018

speaking order on petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-1) within a period of six weeks and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
