% 17.02.2020 C.M.No.6343/2020 (for withdrawal of writ petition) Present writ petition has been filed challenging the Demandcum-Show Cause Notice No.395/2012-13 dated 22nd April, 2013 demanding CENVAT Credit amounting to Rs.21,11,000/- (including cess) with interest and penalty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has opted for the Sabka Vishwa (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 under Chapter V of the Finance Act, 2019, which in addition to some tax relief, provides for complete waiver of interest and penalty and prosecution. Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as per Section 127(7) of the Chapter V of the aforesaid Scheme, 2019.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. MANMOHAN, J SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J FEBRUARY 17, 2020 KA
