% 04.05.2016 After some hearing, the counsel for the appellant submits that he has received instructions to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The insurance company has deposited the entire awarded amount with interest in terms of order dated 26.04.2013 out of which 60% was released. The Registrar General shall release the balance also to the claimants in terms of the impugned judgment.

Statutory amount shall be refunded.
