The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking protection from the respondent Nos. 5 to 11 who are the neighbours.

Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that there is an FIR No. 0172/2024 under Sections 325/326/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered at Police Station Prasad Nagar, Delhi against the petitioner on the complaint of respondent No. 5, wherein the Chargesheet has been submitted before the learned Trial Court and also the petitioner has filed a complaint case against the respondent Nos. 5 to 10 on 12.08.2024 which is pending before learned JM, THC, Delhi.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel further submits that the mobile numbers of the Beat Constable and of concerned SHO shall be provided to the petitioner forthwith.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
