O R D E R

% 12.12.2024 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 346/2024 dated 08.05.2024 registered under sections 307/147/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') at P.S.: Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi on the basis of a Compromise Deed dated 18.09.2024. 2.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC (Criminal) appearing for the State informs the court that petitioners Nos. 1, 3, 4 & 5 have been declared absconders vide order dated 17.09.2024 made by the learned ACJM, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

The Investigating Officer ('I.O.') is present in court. He has shown to the court a certified copy of the order from the police file. 4.

In view of the above, petitioners Nos. 1, 3, 4 & 5 are taken into custody by the I.O.
