By way of this application, the Appellant seeks condonation of the delay of 210 days in filing the present Appeal. 2.

Judge, Family Courts, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, whereby the right of the Appellant herein to further cross-examine PW-1 was forfeited.

The learned Family Court has passed the Impugned Order, despite the fact that the Appellant's Advocate was hospitalized at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital due to blood cancer. 8.

The Impugned Order is harsh and uncalled for, considering the facts and circumstances of the present case. Accordingly, the same is set aside.

The Appellant is granted one opportunity to complete the crossexamination of Respondent herein, i.e., Brigadier Vijendra Singh Joon, before the learned Trial Court on the date already fixed, i.e., on 20.09.2025.

With the aforesaid observations, the present Appeal, along with the pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
