% 25.11.2024 CRL.M.A. 35194/2024 (Seeking permission to withdraw the petition). 1.

The instant application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners/applicants seeking the following reliefs:

"(a). grant the kind permission to the petitioners to withdraw the above said petition with a liberty to file the fresh quashing petition qua the FIR bearing no. 222/2024 dated 05.03.2024, register3ed against the aforesaid petitioners U/s 420/468/471/34 IPC at P.S.- SHAHBAD DAIRY, Delhi, and subsequent proceedings arising thereform, in the interest of justice.

b). Puss any such other and further order/direction, which this Hon'ble court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, so as to be the same in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the order of the even date passed in CRL.M.A. 35194/2024, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. 6.

Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 7.

The date already fixed i.e., 5th December, 2024 stands cancelled.
