The present petition has been filed under Section 29-A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance notice, supports the present petition.

It is stated that the last witness of the respondent is being examined. 4.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of six (6) months from today.

It is stated that the mandate of the Arbitrator expired on 27th August, 2025. The period thereafter, till today, also stands regularized. 6.

The petition stands disposed of.
