This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

Pursuant to arising of disputes between the parties, sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 04.02.2020 in ARB. P. No. 609/2019 and from time to time, mandate of the Arbitrator was extended by this Court and lastly, vide order dated 28.10.2024 in OMP (MISC)(COMM) 850/2024 upto 31.08.2025. It is stated that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 724/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Issue notice.

Mr. Anubhav Bhardwaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 09 months from 01.09.2025. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
