The petitioner seeks a direction to the trial court to expedite the matter and to dispose of the complaint case No. 0025945 (Old Case No. CC 144/2/14).

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the matter has been substantially delayed and the respondents/ complainant are ensuring that the trial does not progress.

Respondent has been served. However, none appears for the respondent despite service.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from today.
