After hearing arguments for some time, this Court does not find any real requirement of transferring the matter to the previous Judicial Officer, who had heard the final arguments, substantially, in the suits in question. 2.

It is, however, noticed that both the suits in question were instituted way-back in 2013 and are at the stage of final arguments for last around six years.

The next date before learned Trial Court is stated to be 08.09.2025. 4.

This Court expects that the new incumbent shall take up the abovesaid matters and shall try to dispose those of as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Needless to say, both the sides shall render due assistance and cooperation to learned Trial Court to achieve expeditious disposal of the suits. 6.
