(E) (COMM.) 9/2016 This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioner for issuance of process of summons for appearance of the concerned officers of the following organizations:- The name and address of the witnesses sought to be examined by the petitioner are as follows:

Suffice to state that the Arbitral Tribunal had granted the leave. Let summons be issued for appearance of the concerned officers of the aforesaid three organizations along with the relevant records, as pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner at pages 12 to 15 of the application before the Arbitral Tribunal on April 6 and 7, 2016 at 5.00 pm at Niti Bagh Club, New Delhi. The summons to be issued shall be accompanied with a copy of this petition.

The petition is disposed of.
