CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 05.10.2018 1.

After some arguments, it has been resolved between the parties that the petitioner will sign the copies of the certificates, which are annexed at pages 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 & 32 and submit it to the respondent on 08.10.2018 at 10:30 AM.

2.

It is pointed out that the "Date of Commencement of INSPIRE Faculty Award" is incorrectly mentioned as 28.10.2013 in the certificates

which is annexed at pages 25, 28 and 31 of the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents.

The said date would be corrected to read as 15.10.2013.

3.

The head of department (Director of the respondent institute) shall sign the certificates and return them back to the petitioner on the very same day, that is, on or before 2:30 PM on 08.10.2018. 4.

It is also observed that there has been considerable delay and difficulty faced by the petitioner in obtaining the utilisation certificate. In this regard, respondent no.2 will take that into account while considering the petitioner's request for extension of time for exhausting the balance grant. 5.

With implementation of the above, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive as HRA has not been deducted from the amounts certified.

6.

The above captioned writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Since the disputes are now being resolved, the petitioner also does not wish to press the contempt petition. The same is also disposed of. 7.
