IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ CRL.M.C. 836/2016 MUSTKEEM @ SHANU ..... Petitioner Through Mr.Arun Sharma, Adv.
versus THE STATE (NCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Through Mr.M.P. Singh, APP with SI Mahipal Singh, PS Darya Ganj.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI
O R D E R
% 30.08.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceedings under Section 174-A IPC. It has been submitted that the supplementary challan was filed against the petitioner.
I have seen the charge sheet filed in the present case in which it has been mentioned that despite the proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. by the Court and declaring the Proclaimed Offender on 28.06.2014, the petitioner/accused is liable to be tried under Section 174-A IPC.
In the facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any ground under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings. The present petition is accordingly dismissed. P.S.TEJI, J AUGUST 30, 2016/dd
