The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 726/2020 of PS Ambedkar Nagar for offence under Section 302/307 IPC. 2.

Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant was apprehended on the spot and handed over to police alongwith the blood stained knife and the deceased had disclosed about the incident to the complainant de facto. 3.

Even in this second call, none has appeared for the accused/applicant. adjournments. Today, the matter has come up before me for the first time. 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant has appeared. 6.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application but requests for directions to the trial court to expedite the trial, since out of 21 prosecution witnesses, now only 5 witnesses remain to be examined and all of them are police/medical witnesses.

As requested, the bail application and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with the request to the learned trial court to dispose of the entire sessions case as expeditiously as possible but positively within four months from today, provided no adjournment is requested from the side of the accused/applicant.
