% 13.09.2025 Appellants have filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 22.07.2015 passed by the Learned MACT, awarding a compensation of Rs. 56,71,000/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of claim petition.

On appeal, the insurance company deposited entire awarded amount with up to date interest in terms of the order dated 05.01.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court before the Registrar General Delhi High Court and 50% of the awarded amount was directed to be released. We have interaction with the Ld. Counsel/Parties concerned, it is submitted that the present appeal be disposed as settled in view of the settlement arrived in MAC.APP. 5/2016.
