The petitioner has filed the present application seeking permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition. The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.

The petitioner executed a vakalatanama in favour of Mr. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel, who is present in Court.

The petitioner is also present on video conference and confirms the aforesaid statement.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally, issuance of notice to the respondents is not required.
