% 11.01.2017 Vide last order, S.H.O. police station Nangloi was directed to verify as to whether Ms. Ruchi Mittal and Baby Tanisha have expired. A copy of this order was sent to the concerned S.H.O. through Standing Counsel for GNCTD. None has appeared on behalf of S.H.O. Nangloi today nor any report has been received in this regard. Show Cause Notice be issued to S.H.O. police station Nangloi, Delhi along with a copy of the last order to positively comply with it and to submit a report on or before the next date of hearing. If the needful is not done, then the concerned S.H.O. is directed to appear in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
