Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that his grievance stood redressed but for certain compliances to be reported on the part of the Administrator of the respondent-Society. 2.

Counsel for the administrator states that the rectification in the share certificate which is already issued to the petitioner shall be carried out on priority and in any case, within a period of one week, provided the petitioner approaches with the share certificate.

In view of aforesaid, the issue, in our opinion, no more warrants any consideration. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 4.
