% 28.03.2016 Copy of the order dated 8th February, 2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the appeal being FAO(OS) No.476/2015 filed by the respondent has been perused, by which the appeal has been allowed and the impugned order dated 7th August, 2015 has been set-aside and also the objections filed by the petitioner to the Award dated 5th August, 2015 have been declared to be barred by limitation.

The said order was challenged before the Supreme Court who had also dismissed the Special Leave Petition by order dated 18th March, 2016, as has been informed by the learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
