The petitioner seeks extension of time to surrender. 2.

The petitioner was granted three weeks parole from the date of release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court by an order dated 12.04.2018.

The petitioner was to surrender today before Superintendent Jail.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the parole period is extended for two weeks more on the same terms and conditions.
