% 25.04.2018 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to construct the house, take care of his pregnant wife and re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 24th January, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of parole. Status Report has been filed. As per the Nominal Roll, after the communication dated 24th January, 2018 rejecting grant of parole to the petitioner, petitioner has already been granted furlough for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 24th March, 2018 by the D.G.(Prisons). In view of the furlough granted, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
