The petitioners are aggrieved that the police officials of police station Hauz Qazi have been harassing them by repeatedly calling them into the police station, despite there being no FIR against the petitioners.

The learned ASC for the State at the outset, on instructions, states that the petitioners were called in regard to the enquiry conducted pursuant to a complaint received from Respondent No. 3 in regard to certain property dispute. 3.

He submits that the officials have been sensitized to act strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') and not to make personal phone calls to the petitioners.

taken in accordance with law and the petitioners will not be unnecessarily harassed.

Considering the above, this Court does not find it apposite to keep the present petition pending.
