% 20.03.2015 Mr Nijhawan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the customs, states that the provisional release order has been passed on 27.02.2015. A copy of that order is also on record at internal page 8 of CM No. 4309/2015. The said order dated 27.02.2015 is an appealable order. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 27.02.2015. The appeal shall be filed within one week.
