By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to repair his house, re-establish social ties and also challenges communication dated 23rd January, 2018 rejecting application for grant of parole to the petitioner.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report, family of the petitioner comprises of his mother, four brothers and two minor children.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that that for repair of the house the petitioner was earlier granted parole in the year 2017 which he availed.

Considering the cases pending against the petitioner and the fact that this is the second conviction of the petitioner under the NDPS Act, this W.P.(CRL) 603/2018

Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. 5.

Petition is dismissed.

6.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner, through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
