The present contempt petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as to why they be not punished for having committed contempt of this Hon'ble Court by willfully disobeying the orders dated 09.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Writ Petition (Civil) No.10111/2024 titled as " Rajender Gupta Vs. M.C. D & Ors. and b) Issue show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 1 as to why they be not punished for having committed contempt of this Hon'ble Court by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. intentionally giving false statement before the Ld. Registrar vide order dated 13.05.2025 and 15.07.2025; and c) Summon and punish the contemnors / respondents with maximum punishment as per law for deliberate contempt of this Hon'ble Court; d) Direct the Respondents no. 1 to 4 to entirely comply with the orders dated 09.04.2025; and e) Award cost(s) of this petition in favour of the petitioner and against the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2;

f) pass any other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 4.

The present petition has been filed seeking compliance of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge passed in W.P.(C) 10111/2024 vide order dated 09.04.2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the MCD submits that the matter is still pending before the learned Registrar and wherein appropriate statement has been made with respect to the status of the property in question. 6.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the MCD before the Ld. Registrar, he does not wish to press the present petition. 7.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
