The present applications under Section 151 of CPC have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking clarification/modification of the Order dated 24.11.2025.

It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Order dated 24.11.2025 may be modified to the extent that since the erstwhile Ld. Arbitrator, who was adjudicating upon the disputes, had conducted substantial proceedings and has traversed a long way, the current Ld. Arbitrator may be directed to commence the proceedings from the point where the erstwhile Ld. Arbitrator had previously left the arbitration proceedings.

This Court is inclined to dispose of the present applications with a request to the Ld. Arbitrator to consider the request of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

The Petitioner is also permitted to request the erstwhile Ld. Arbitrator for handing over the arbitral records.

The applications are disposed of.
