% 30.01.2017 Learned counsel for respondent states that the recovery proceedings have been completed and an amount of Rs.28,36,060/- has already been deposited in the Court of Additional District Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi, with a request to pay the compensation to the rightful claimant under Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Since according to learned counsel for respondent, reference under Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act has been made to the Additional District Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
