Learned counsel informs this Court that vide the order dated 23.12.2025 a decree was directed to be drawn up qua defendant no.2 and 3 on the basis of the Settlement Agreement. He also submits that so far as the defendant no.1 is concerned, vide the order dated 06.01.2026 a decree was directed to be drawn up qua defendant no.1 in terms of the Settlement Agreement arrived at. Learned counsel submits that so far as the defendant nos.4 to 13 are concerned, the plaintiff does not wish to press any relief qua them and states that the suit may be disposed of.

It is noted that defendant no.8 has been discharged, and defendant no.13 has already been deleted from the array of parties. 3.

In view of the statement given by the learned counsel for the plaintiff undertaking that the plaintiff does not seek any claim qua defendant no.4 to defendant no.12, the Suit itself is disposed of. 4.

The Court Fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870, be refunded to the plaintiff upon fulfillment of the formalities as per the Rules.
