It is pointed out that FIR No. 230/2006 registered for offences under Sections 406/498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has already been quashed by this Court by order dated 15.05.2015 passed in CRL.M.C. 2027/2015.

The present petition challenging the summoning order dated 10.03.2008 and the proceedings arising out of the said FIR has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
