This application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the Order dated 13.11.2025 by which this Court has appointed an Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes between the parties. 2.

It is stated that there is some inadvertent error in paragraph No.7 of the said Order inasmuch as the name of the Arbitrator is different from what was suggested by the parties on 13.11.2025.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents consents to the modification as sought for by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, paragraph No.7 of the Order dated 13.11.2025 is modified to the extent that instead of Justice Anil Dave, Former Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Justice Reva Khetrapal, Former Judge of this High Court (Mobile No.:9871300030) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes between the parties.
