The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 423/2014 dated 26.06.2014 for offences under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Patel Nagar.

It is pointed out that the chargesheet was filed way back in the year 2020 and charges have also been framed. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file appropriate proceedings.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
