% 31.10.2018 Petitioner is aggrieved by non-supply of information, although petitioner had filed applications under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The remedy available to petitioner is to approach the Central Information Commission under Section 20 of the aforesaid Act. In view of aforesaid, this petition and the application are disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Central Information Commission under Section 20 of the aforesaid Act to seek the relief as sought in this petition.
